1. Environmental Temperature and Humidity
Temperature: Recommended range is 10–25°C (avoid extreme high or low temperatures).
High temperatures (>30°C) can accelerate oxidation or material aging.
Low temperatures (<0°C) can cause material embrittlement.
Humidity: Relative humidity should be 30–60% RH (moisture protection is essential).
Excessive humidity (>60%) easily leads to moisture absorption, oxidation of solder pads, or deformation of the laminate material.
Storage should be facilitated using moisture-proof cabinets or desiccants (such as silica gel).
2. Anti-Static Measures
Static-Sensitive PCBs:
Store in anti-static bags (e.g., silver metalized shielding bags compliant with the MIL-STD-883 standard) or anti-static storage boxes.
