High-Speed Signal Design: As the operating frequencies of electronic devices continue to rise, high-speed signal design has emerged as a critical challenge in PCB design. It requires addressing issues such as signal reflection, crosstalk, and attenuation, and employs optimization techniques such as differential pairs and impedance matching.
Power Integrity Design: Power integrity design aims to ensure the stable distribution of power across the PCB, thereby minimizing the impact of power supply noise on circuit performance. This entails the strategic planning of power planes, the layout of decoupling capacitors, and other related considerations.
Thermal Design: For high-power electronic devices or those with demanding thermal management requirements, PCB design must incorporate thermal considerations-such as adding heat dissipation vias or utilizing heat-dissipating materials-to ensure the device maintains a stable operating temperature during prolonged operation.
Multilayer Board Design: Multilayer board designs offer a greater number of routing layers and superior electrical performance; however, they also entail increased design complexity and manufacturing costs. Consequently, the number of layers and the interlayer structure should be selected judiciously based on actual project requirements.
