Product Overview
Double Layer PCBs, also known as Double-sided PCBs, are PCB structures with conductive copper circuits arranged on both sides of the insulating substrate, interconnected through vias to achieve electrical connection between the top and bottom layers.
Compared with Single Layer PCBs, Double Layer PCBs provide higher routing capability and circuit integration density, meeting the demands of more complex electronic products for signal transmission, power management, and functional module integration, while maintaining an excellent balance between cost and performance.
In flexible electronic applications, Flexible Double-sided Board use flexible PI (Polyimide) materials as the substrate, enabling bendable, foldable, and dynamic interconnection capabilities based on dual-side routing. These boards are widely used in lightweight, wearable, and portable electronic devices.
